I know that there were a lot better speakers than me, i only made it because my impromptu went for the longest. I really need to capture the audiences and keep it. I get nervous sometimes. Do you know any really good ways to relax. Also, my topic is rather serious and the judges are looking for humour amongst all the other usual things. Can you please help me?
